Organization of the VMSW

As an external autonomous agency (EAA) under public law, the VMSW operates under the authority of a Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors takes strategic decisions and controls the daily management. The Flemish Government appoints and dismisses the Board of Directors and defines its functioning. The VMSW Board of Directors consists of 13 members.

CEO Mr. Hubert Lyben oversees daily management.
